Tiger365 Privacy Policy — Clear Word on Usernames, Slips and Chat Logs
Read the Tiger365 privacy policy before your first message to the desk. Our Tiger365 team sees three kinds of thing: the username we issued you, the chat log between us, and any slip proof or statement screenshot you decide to send. Want a chat log gone? Ask on the same chat, and the desk tells you what it can erase and what has to stay.
Tiger365 Privacy: The Real Data Our Desk Sees on Chat
Four items, no more. Each one reaches the Tiger365 desk because you sent it, or because the desk created it for you when the ID was issued.
- Your username. The Tiger365 desk issues it, so it sits in our records before you ever sign in on tiger365.pro.
- The chat log. Every message between you and the desk: ID requests, password resets, point top-ups, questions about a market.
- Payout details, and only when you request a payout, because the desk needs the one account the money should land in and has no reason to ask for it at any other time.
- Screenshots you choose to send, such as an A/C Statement page or a placed slip.
Missing from that list: your password. A starting one comes with the ID, and your first move on the skin should be Profile, then Change Password (old, new, re-type, Update). From then on the Tiger365 desk cannot see it. Anyone on chat asking for it is posing as us.
Where the Tiger365 Privacy Policy Applies: A Clear Scope
People reach this page under a few names: Tiger365 privacy policy, Tiger 365 privacy, Tiger365 Pro data rules. All of them point at the same Tiger365 desk and the same four-item list above.
Our chat desk, not the betting skin
What this Tiger365 privacy policy covers on the chat desk, made clear
It covers what the Tiger365 desk holds after you message us:
- the username we issued
- the chat log
- payout details you gave for a payout
- screenshots you sent
Bets, balances in PTI and your statement rows live on the skin itself, not with us.

How Tiger 365 accounts on tiger365.pro fit in: a secure split
Your Tiger365 Pro sign-in happens on tiger365.pro, a site run by tigerexch with its own terms, and this page cannot speak for what that operator stores.
Why Tiger365 Holds Each Item: Clear Reasons for Username, Chat and Slips
Every item has a job. The username is how the Tiger365 desk finds your ID when you ask for a reset or a top-up; without it, we would be guessing which account you mean.
The chat log is the dispute record. Say a slip on a fancy line settles in a way you did not expect and you come back two days later: the log shows what you asked, what the desk replied and when, and that history is usually what ends the argument one way or the other.
Your Tiger365 screenshots back that up. Payout details exist for one payout request at a time.
That is the whole reasoning, roughly. Tiger365 keeps nothing for marketing lists, and we do not sell any of it.
Tiger365 Privacy and the Official tiger365.pro Skin: A Secure Split
Two separate parties. Tiger365 here means the desk that issues IDs; the betting screen at tiger365.pro carries a footer line naming tigerexch as its operator, and the username and password you type into its login box go to their system, not to ours.
Their own terms apply on that side (they say contact is by mail only; the account pages are covered on our Tiger 365 login page). Inside the skin the menu also has a Secure Auth page for two-step sign-in, which is worth switching on if you share a phone.
Because Indian networks block betting addresses, this notice applies the same way whichever Tiger365 address you reach the account from; addresses are listed on the Tiger365 in page.
Erase Your Tiger365 Chat Data: A Simple, Free Request
Ask on chat. Send your Tiger365 username and one line saying you want your chat log erased, plus any screenshots you sent earlier.
What stays: anything tied to an open dispute or a payout still in progress. Once that question is closed, the Tiger365 desk can clear it too, though how long a dispute runs is hard to say in advance.
Who runs the desk, and why it works through chat at all, is on the About Tiger365 page. One request is enough (you do not need to repeat it every week).
